MFA Program

Welcome to the Graduate School of Web Design + New Media. The MFA program emphasizes concept development, aesthetics, usability, technical skills and best professional practices. Given a balance of these department outcomes, our graduates are now successful leaders in their fields.
 
The Academy of Art University accept students at all levels and familiarity with digital practices and teach them how to be successful in the up-and-up field of Interactive Design. We welcome anyone who envisions a new route for their life — one that will land them on the pulse of interactive media today.
 
MFA students are held to the highest standards in their academic work. They are encouraged to think creatively and to innovate in all that they do.  Through a fearless and ongoing development of our program curriculum, we provide students with the tools and direction to build innovative, memorable and usable products that will launch them into the industry upon graduating.
